Arrangements should have been made by your organisation for you to access the key books required on your programme. If you have a library on site, then this would be a good place to start searching for the books you need.

PLEASE NOTE: Use of the University of Northampton resources is contingent upon individual database licenses.
On enrollment you will have received a UON student number and a temporary password issued by IT Services. You will need these details for logging into NILE and library resources.
It is very important that you change this password as soon as possible to a secure password. You can do this online using the Password Self Service.
Please first try to reset or generate a new password.
If your password has expired, you will still be able to log in to the user portal to reset this yourself.
Please use the online system if you have forgotten your password. Select the 'Forgot Password' option.
If you continue to have log-in problems, please contact IT Services. You will need to have your student number or staff username to hand.
If you wish to search for other e-books available in your subject area, have a look at some of the e-book databases available on the resource list.
You will need to ensure that you exclude any previews from the search, as not all content on the database has been purchased by the University.
You should be provided with a reading list at the start of your programme. This usually contains the details of any key texts or recommended resources that are relevant to the subject you are learning.
If you’re using NILE (the University’s Virtual Learning Environment), there may be a link to the list on the relevant module page. Even if you are not using NILE, you will still be able to access the reading list but check with your tutor for local arrangements.
