In all instances we aim to supply the requested item as soon as we can.
For book purchases, if an e-book is available from our suppliers, we aim to provide access within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Print purchases can take longer, approximately 3-6 weeks.
Book loans, articles and book chapters may take 1-2 weeks, depending on availability.
Due to COVID-19, there may be difficulties in sourcing requests as there are a limited number of libraries that have resumed their full lending services and response times from these organizations may be slower than usual.
