What questions can the Library Help drop-in answer?
The Library Help drop-in is run by the Service Development team who work on the Library Helpdesk. We answer all kinds of questions and we are a great place to start if you need something or someone and you're not sure how to get there. We answer questions about:
Your Library account
Books and other types of Library resources
Other teams in Library and Learning Services and how they can help you
Password and PIN problems
Resources from other libraries (Interlibrary Loans)
We can help point you in the right direction for other services in UoN
We can answer all kinds of queries and there are no silly questions. Please just pop into the drop-in with any questions you have, we hate being lonely!
How do I attend a drop-in?
Our Library Help drop-in is staffed 11am to 12 noon and 3pm to 4pm on weekdays. We are in a Collaborate room which you can join at those times. If you get in the room and there are no staff there, we will be helping another student and we will be back as quickly as we can so please wait.
