Temporary changes to my Library Account

The library has some good news! We have been working hard to bring you a new version of NELSON and Reading Lists, with lots of great features and useful tools.

It does mean that for a few days you won't have access to your account, meaning that you won't be able to check or renew your loans. Don't worry, you won't get any fines. We will just need a few days and then you will be able to get back into your new look NELSON account.

We are also issuing and returning your books in a different way for a few days, from 6th July. If you want to borrow books and laptops, come and see us at the 2nd floor Help Desk in the Learning Hub. For more information on this, a timeline and where you can get help as members of staff and students please see our guides. There will be lots of benefits, after a short period of disruption, that will make using the library even easier and we are excited to show you all the great features as we go live in the period after 12th July.

The Inter-Library Loan service will temporarily be suspended from 6th - 13th July 2022. You will not be able to make requests at this time. Please note, if you have a book on loan from us and return it during this period, it will not come off your account until after the 12th July. If you have any general queries about Inter-Library Loans, please contact libloan@northampton.ac.uk We apologise for the slight disruption, but will be back with you soon! Request a book will be back online very soon too.
