I'm having trouble accessing NELSON

A guide to help you through access problems with NELSON (Northampton Electronic Library Search ONline)

If you have tried all these steps and still not having any luck and you need to access NELSON right now, you can try using the 'Virtual Desktop'. Staff can log into a remote computer, called a virtual desktop. A virtual desktop allows you to access services through a web browser that you would not be able to access off campus. This uses a service called Citrix.

It might sound complicated but it's actually pretty easy to do if you follow these instructions. And it might just help you for now but it's important to know that the problem is still there and we'd love it if you emailed us at libraryhelp@northampton.ac.uk with a screenshot of your original problem and we can look into how best to help you.
