What is a library?
A library is a place where you can borrow things you want or need. Often they are books but libraries lend other things too, some lend DVDs or toys. There is usually no charge to borrow items but you do need to be a member. With libraries you borrow the item you need, read or use it, and then return it for someone else to borrow.
