What if my books are late?
We always want to help you. If there is a reason that you can't bring your items back, please email, call or come in and tell us. We will help you to renew them when we can. We do not charge you for late books that no-one else has asked for, and we are not angry at you.
We have a web page with all the different ways you can contact us, you can use whichever is best for you, we are happy to hear from you.
