NILE Assignment Submission Guide for Original Courses

Information for Students

Posting to discussion boards, blogs, and journals

You may be asked to participate in an online debate or Forum, using a Blackboard Discussion Board.  If your contribution to the discussion board is being assessed, you may be asked to submit your posts as one document, to Turnitin.

To 'Collect' your posts (in order to Submit your Work), you will need to use the Chrome browser, click the square to the left of each of your posts, click Message Actions, then click Collect. Click Print Preview, then change the printer to Save as PDF. In 'Submit your Work' - Practice Debate, click View/Complete, type in a Name/Title, browse your computer to attach the PDF, and Submit.

You may be asked to contribute to an individual online Journal, or individual or class Blog.   Each blog entry you make can include any combination of text, images, links, multimedia, and file attachments. If the Journal or Blog is being assessed, you will not need to submit anything separately to Turnitin.
