Contact the Learning Technology Team

You can contact the Learning Technology Team for help if you are having problems with NILE and you need to get in touch with someone. Let us know what's wrong and we'll help get it fixed. We'll normally try and get back to you within one working day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, UK time), but at very busy times it could be longer. 

NILE online support sessions

NILE online support sessions offer support to students using NILE and NILE tools, including Collaborate, Kaltura, Padlet, PebblePad, and Turnitin.

If you’re finding it difficult to get used to NILE and need to understand more about NILE and how it works, or if you’re finding it hard to make sense of your NILE courses, or if you just need help submitting assignments, book in for an online NILE tutorial below.
