You can contact the Learning Technology Team for help if you are having problems with NILE and you need to get in touch with someone. Let us know what's wrong and we'll help get it fixed. We'll normally try and get back to you within one working day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, UK time), but at very busy times it could be longer.
Face to face support sessions are available in person at the University’s Waterside Campus and are intended to help UON students with the following (see below). Please bring your own device when attending a session.
NILE online support sessions offer support to students using NILE and NILE tools, including Collaborate, Kaltura, Padlet, PebblePad, and Turnitin.
