There are two activities here to support your critical thinking. The first explores language and concepts around critical thinking. The second helps you think about how you can make connections between sources, and bring them together to develop your points more fully.
Read the first two yellow boxes. They will explain what to do. The other yellow boxes have useful resources in to help you. Read the white boxes, and then choose questions to answer in the green boxes.
You can choose to open the activity into its own window - use the icon in the top right of the window below (it is a square with an arrow pointing out the top).
There are further resources on the Skills Hub which can support with critical thinking. You can visit the Skills Hub - critical thinking.
You can also come and talk to us about critical thinking and synthesis in a one-to-one tutorial. See booking information on the 'Further help and support' page.
