From November 2025 the Scan and Deliver service will become part of a new Get It For Me service. All requests for Scan and Deliver, Inter-Library Loans and Request a Book will be made through a single Get It For Me form on NELSON.
The library’s Digitisation Team offers a Scan and Deliver service, to help students and staff access journal articles (one article per issue) and book chapters (one chapter per book), that we only hold in print in our library stock. We will scan the requested article or chapter and email it to you.

If you wish to obtain a book, book chapter or article for your own personal research, which is not held in library stock, please request via our Inter-Library Loan service.
Academic Staff only: For resources that are required to support your programmes and modules directly.
Please send requests for books to readinglists@northampton.ac.uk or add the book titles to your online reading list, and publish the list, for review by the Reading List Team.
Please send reading list digitisation requests for articles or book chapters to our Digitisation Team, by completing the digitisation request on your reading list citation.
