Due to COVID-19, interlibrary loans are running a reduced service, but we can still currently obtain some journal articles and book chapters digitally. For entire book requests, users can contact email@example.com and we will look to see if we can purchase the content as an e-book. Please be aware that staff availability may be reduced and therefore, we may take longer in responding to you than normal.
If you are unable to find what you want in our print stock or via NELSON, you can apply to our Interlibrary Loan Service to source the material for you.

Due to the current COVID-19 Coronavirus situation we are unable to offer our normal interlibrary loan service. We are still able to offer electronic delivery of some journal articles and book chapters, but cannot offer a print book interlibrary loan service. If you think a particular book is essential to your study then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate the possibility of purchasing your requested item as an ebook. We must stress that for many requests ebooks are not available as an alternative to print, but we will try our best to help you.
If you currently have a print book on interlibrary loan we will be sending you an email informing you that we have automatically extended the loan date.
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
Our Interlibrary Loan service sources items from the British Library, health libraries, academic libraries within the UK and abroad and private libraries. Their response time to our requests can vary greatly. Our advice is to allow plenty of time for your request to be fulfilled and we will make every effort to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
