Make sure your book chapter, article or printed music citation has been added to your online reading list, which must be associated with a module.
On your citation, select Edit and update information on the Item details tab.
Request a digitised extract via the Request digitisation option on your reading list citation. This can be accessed by clicking on the citation in list view to expand the details.
Alternatively, if you are in full details view, switch to the Item actions tab.
Note: If the same extract is used on different reading lists, a separate digitisation request should be submitted from each. The links for digitised content cannot be copied from one list to another.
Complete the request form with the required information and Send.
The citation is updated with a Digitisation in Progress tag.
Once completed, the citation is updated with a Digitisation Approved tag. A link to the extract is added directly to the reading list it was requested from. Click view online to access the extract.
If you have any issues submitting a request, please contact digitisation@northampton.ac.uk
If there are any issues with requests that have been received, the Digitisation Team will contact you via email.
