We will prioritise requests based on the date they are received. The length of time will depend on the number of requests, access to the print material and availability of staff. We aim to complete requests within five working days, when a copy of the book is available. Please note that it may take longer to fulfil requests where all copies of a book are out on loan.
Our advice is to allow plenty of time for your request to be fulfilled and we will make every effort to ensure you receive your item as soon as possible. If there are any issues, the Digitisation Team will contact you via your UON email address.
