Data on very large companies globally (those with an operating revenue 100 million EUR or more, assets of 200 million EUR or more, or over 1000 employees). Includes 10 year financials, ownership data (down to 1% of shareholdings), company and market news and details of merger & acquisition deals.
A collection of company, industry, financial, and country information extending across major worldwide marketplaces. Includes company focused case studies, macroeconomic data, strategic and company information, city statistics, company SWOT, country PESTLE and industry Five Forces analyses.
Bloomberg is a global financial database and will be helpful for any type of financial data, including equities, fixed income, indices, commodities and currencies. Access is provided via terminals in the Bloomberg room in the Senate building. Check with your tutors if you need more information about this resource.
Datastream contains current and historical data on stocks, indices, bonds, funds, futures, options, interest rates, commodities, and economic indicators. This could be useful for project or dissertation work. Check with your tutors if you need access to this resource.
