On Sunday 19th October, IT Services will performing planned maintenance. During this time there will be limited access to University systems, including NELSON, library databases, library self-service machines and IT laptop cabinets. The University expects the maintenance to be complete by early afternoon.
While you will be able to search NELSON, you will not be able to access the full text of online resources.
If you want to borrow a book during this time, please take it to the UON Help Desk on the ground floor of the Learning Hub.
You can return books at the return drop boxes, including the one next to the quick book returns machine.
During this time laptops can be returned to the ground floor UON Help Desk, where you will get a return receipt.
