In all instances we aim to supply the requested item as soon as we can, but this is dependent on copyright permissions and availability.
Our Digitisation Service undertakes in-house scanning of resources held in library stock, but need to source scans and pay a copyright fee to external organisations for resources not held in library stock, which can take longer.
Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your request to be processed. If there are any issues, the Digitisation Team will contact you via email.
