In all instances we aim to supply the requested item as soon as we can, but this is dependent on availability. Please allow a minimum of two weeks.
Although requests for articles and book chapters can take as little as 2-3 days to complete, and book loans 1-2 weeks, in some instances these can take several months, so it is not possible to guarantee a delivery date.
For book purchases, if an e-book is available from our suppliers, we aim to provide access within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Print purchases can take longer, approximately 3-6 weeks. Occasionally there may be unforeseen delays in delivery.
