I'm having trouble accessing NELSON

If you haven't already, now would be a great time to clear your cache and cookies. Web browsers often record little bits of information (cookies) to save time later and to help remember passwords, but sometimes they can get in the way and cause problems. If you are unsure how to clear your cache and cookies you can find instructions for doing this for your web browser through our guide. This sounds like a simple step but can often resolve the issues you are having.
Now you have cleared your cache and cookies, make sure you are using the correct button to log into NELSON, found in the top right-hand side of the screen:
When you are logged in, the login button will change and it will show your student number, or staff code. You will know then that you are logged in.
Also make sure they don't have too many tabs open as this will slow down the pages loading.
