The legacy version of RefWorks www.refworks.com has now been retired and should no longer be used. Current users of the legacy RefWorks are advised to instead use the new version of RefWorks and transfer any existing references they need to the new system.
RefWorks has a function to import references from legacy into the new system. To do this:
1. Go to https://refworks.proquest.com/ and log in
2. Click the Add ' + ' icon from the top bar and select 'Import references'
3. Under the heading 'Import from another reference manager' click 'Legacy RefWorks'
4. Click authorize and sign into your legacy RefWorks account to complete the transfer
5. All the references you have previously saved in legacy RefWorks will then appear in your new RefWorks account.
